While Anthem Blue Cross and Dignity Health continue negotiations, Anthem has issued a 30-day contract extension to August 13, 2018 for Commercial Hospital and PPO provider agreements. Dignity Health includes these hospitals:

Should Anthem continue negotiations with Dignity after the contract end dates, affected enrollees who are receiving treatment can call Anthem member services to request continuation-of-coverage. Services rendered after the contract-end dates require prior authorization.
