Blue Shield of California’s Trio ACO HMO plans deliver quality and affordability, but are they a good fit for your client?

Trio ACO HMO plans offer integrated care with lower premiums and out-of-pocket costs than most of their non-ACO plans. Now, you have an easy way to check if the Trio service area is a fit for your clients – the Trio qualification tool. Watch the one-and-a-half minute video demo to see how quickly and easily the Trio qualification tool can match the Trio service area to your client’s employee census. The tool also displays which medical groups would be assigned to employees based on their ZIP code. Using the Trio Qualification Tool is simple

  • Just enter the ZIP codes for employees and click the Process button.
  • In seconds, the tool lets you create PDF reports based on an employer’s census.

Plus, you can create customized Google Maps that show Trio ACO providers and hospitals. You can also view Access+ HMO® providers and hospitals and a HMO competitor’s facilities.
