Aetna would like to inform you of changes to their Small Group Service team that handles renewals for 51–100 business. Beginning with March renewals, the Aetna Account Client Manager team located in Fresno, California, will personally facilitate the processing of your renewals for groups with 1–100 employees.  Your Account Client Manager will work with you on renewals, plan changes, and ancillary sales.  Client managers are assigned based on your agency’s geographic location. Prior to February 1, 2017, Aetna will contact you via email or telephone to provide you with an updated contact sheet that will include your Client Manager information.

Aetna Answer Team

In addition to your Account Client Manager’s role with renewals, the Aetna Answer Team is available to assist you with enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration needs.  This is a seasoned staff  with a focus on service, and many topics can be handled with a single call.
